Step 1: Navigate to the Ask AI Screen

• From your Flowtrail AI dashboard, access the "Ask AI" screen. This is where you begin interacting with the AI to create data queries and insights based on your database tables.

Step 2: Provide Details and Generate Queries

• On the "Ask AI" screen, input details about the data you want to query. You can describe the data based on your tables and what specific insights you are looking to obtain.
• The AI will analyze your input and generate a report based on both your input and the schema.
• The query tab is showing the generated SQL and its explanation for your report.

Step 3: Restructure the Query

• If the generated query needs adjustments, you can easily restructure it within the interface. The AI allows for flexible modifications, so you can refine the query to better suit your data retrieval needs.

Step 4: View Query Details and Insights

• The results of your query will be displayed on the screen.
• You can view the data in a tabular format, providing a clear and organized overview of the retrieved information.

Step 5: Visualize Data

• Flowtrail AI offers various options to visualize your query results. You can choose from different chart types to represent your data visually, including:
  • Bar Chart
  • Line Chart
  • Pie Chart
  • Radar Chart

  • Bubble Chart
• These visualization options help in gaining better insights and understanding the data patterns effectively.

Step 6: Save Queries and Charts

• Once you are satisfied with the query and its results, you can save the query to your dataset for future use. This allows you to reuse and modify the query as needed without starting from scratch.
• You can save the generated charts to your reports, which aids in organizing and presenting your data insights in a structured and accessible way. Additional customization, such as theming and adjusting height, can be done from the reports screen.
