How to Use Workspaces and Collaborate with Teams
Workspaces in Flowtrail AI enable seamless collaboration among team members. Follow these steps to manage workspaces and collaborate effectively:
Step 1: Access Workspaces
Step 2: Invite Team Members
- To invite team members, click on the "Invite User" option. Input the email address of the user you wish to invite and assign their role within the workspace. Roles can include permissions such as viewer, editor, or admin.
- Optionally, you can cancel invitations that have been sent if needed.
Step 3: Manage Workspace Members

Within the workspace management interface, you can view and manage team members. This includes seeing who has been invited, who has accepted invitations, and their respective roles within the workspace.
Step 4: Join Workspaces
- You can also join workspaces created by others. Navigate to the "Join Workspace" section and enter the relevant details to join a workspace.
Step 5: Personal Workspace Management
- In addition to collaborating within team workspaces, you can manage your personal workspace settings. This includes configuring preferences and managing your own workspace resources.
